Rude Desk Check-In Staff. A lot of call transferring when you just want to schedule a simple appointment.

This insurance company is absolutely horrible! They don’t cover many prescriptions & you have to go to their doctors only. This is the worst insurance company we have ever had. I do not recommend this company to anybody. There are so many that are much better than this outfit! The people on the phone aren’t friendly or care to help you either. They do not care to help you no matter what is wrong with you. The people that are deciding whether they will cover you or not, are AWFUL as well! The money you end up paying them to cover you isn’t worth it. Bottom line: terrible company!

We switched to Medical associates because we wanted everything in ONE place. First, I must say the physicians and PA we met, and received care from were extraordinary! Their team of Nurses, and office personnel all friendly and caring. As with most ppl, we were responsible to pay our remaining balances after insurance paid. And sadly, no consideration would be given to us because we could not pay smaller remaining balances. I was immediately denied specialty care, which was desperately needed. This limitation was then extended to my primary care doctor AND now, they wanted cash for any visit. Their accounts/collectio

This company and there doctors have been a blessing for me being disabled this is one of the best or the best Ins. I have had the last 3 years I have had Medical Assocites smart plan and I haven’t had any problems with them so ever. I do have a separate drug coverage plan which is also a great mail order company I use.

absolutely horrible health insurance. if you see this listed as your company’s health insurance… RUN. they will constantly reject referrals to not only providers but also to medication that your doctor will write up. horrendous.
