Amy Weipert has been my reliable agent for years. She keeps me up to date on different policies that fit my needs and are still economical. Recently, she worked with me past office hours on a Friday night to ensure that my son and I had the right coverage before the weekend. She has always been prompt to reply back to me and my needs. Amy is so patient, she works to create piece of mind in the most stressful situations. Thank you, Amy!!

I would leave less than one Star. Do not use this agency for any reason. They lie about everything. I have proof of lies of why they won’t insure you unless you have both a car and home. If you sell your car they will drop you. Then Donna/at new Eagle said that they were dropping my mothers policy because someone has to live in the residence for a majority of the year. So I guess they don’t do snowbirds. Donna wrote emails that proved 100% that this agency can’t tell you the truth. So I’m sure you aren’t getting the best rate. I’m going file a complaints with the Insurance Board and the BBB I find it disgusting that Donna/new Eagle couldn’t tell me the truth. The real truth after I called Cincinnati insurance was because my Mom passed away they would not renew the policy. That is a tru
