After shopping around, O'Connor & English Insurance Agency came up with twice as much coverage for way less than another local agency. I didn't expect insurance shopping to go so smoothly. Tammy provided EXCELLENT customer service! She was thorough and friendly! I give O'Connor & English my highest recommendation!

I’ve had my insurance through OConnor and English for a couple years with mortgage and car. They are very friendly and informative! I like to ask a lot of questions so I know what I’m purchasing in my insurance. They have always been great by providing me quick, correct info. If they don’t know the answer, they will dig in and find it. Tammy recently helped my husband and I with getting new car insurance. She helped save us both a couple hundred dollars by bundling our car insurance in one plan. We loved the savings and excited on how much we saved! Highly recommend!

So we have multiple businesses and I switched to O'Conner and they rewrote most of our policies saving us thousands each year. Derick and Tammy have been great. Finding ways no other agents have ever found to save us money. Heck on my personal auto policy, they rewrote it with the same company and saved me hundreds. We have used multiple agencies over the years, and so far best service and being able to save us the kind of money they did has been amazing. They are working with the state agencies (that we are required to) and are proactive rather than reactive as the past agents.

We were very grateful for the prompt and caring attention we received from Tammy at O'Connor and English Ins. Agency. When we informed the office of our home damage, we had a call from Nationwide first thing the next day. Then, when an adjuster (initially) couldn't get here for several weeks, another message to O'Connor- English resulted in a much better timeline for beginning repairs and the adjuster who assisted us was wonderful. When there is really a problem, they were very helpful and attentive. thanks

We have been with O'Connor and English for the last 15 years and have always had wonderful service! Most recently our roof was damaged in a storm and Tammy took great care of our claim from start to finish making sure all our needs were met while the claim was being processed.
