I had questions about the level of assistance they could provide if they offered this specific big name insurance company. I needed support! I skipped over going to the agent and went straight to the insurance when I purchased it, sadly, that wasn’t the right thing to do! I do believe that the agent that I spoke to was very helpful and answered questions for me, even though he was under no particular obligation to do so.

Dubuque insurance is bad to do business with quoted my mom a price of 944 a year for homeowners insurance , so we paid and two weeks later got a bill in the mail for 1302 when we refused to pay that and ,asked for a refund he kept part of are money, so we are in the process of filing small claims court against them and the company., buyer beware..

Off the beaten path but it is the most proficient, efficient, friendly insurance company I have ever used, and I've lived in many places in 44 years.
