Rude and unprofessional. Just followed up with an insurance renewal and Ruben replies back with all caps stating "RENEW IS NOT AVAILABLE JUST YET!!". I was just simply following up. I brought up that typing in all caps is considered rude and unprofessional, his response - "My caps is always on" (all in lower case)....Before my follow up, his emails weren't that way. And now, every email he writes to me is in ALL CAPS, including "I'VE ANSWERED ALREADY!!" (where he still was vague with his answers), when I clearly stated it's unprofessional withe the ALL CAPS and now exclamations. What a joke
