So far after couple years of being insured with Allstate and through the offices of Lionel , it has been an amazing experience, especially with the help of Ms. Karen Martinez. Going above and beyond and attention to detail and explaining everything just so i can understand what my policy includes… highly recommend this Office and to deal with Karen…

Dear friends, I had a very bad experience with this office and Allstate as a whole. The customer service is dismal, my account was sent to collections after I missed a payment by ONE day. I called the office and they informed me that according to their policy, they are not allowed to waive the late fee. I was prepared to make the payment but they declined to waive the late fee so I looked for another insurance company that insured my vehicles and even provided an umbrella policy for the same price I was paying at Allstate. Eventually they sent my account to collections where I sent the proof of insurance and they still reported it to the credit bureaus. Save your money and stress by using a more customer centered company like Liberty Mutual.

Switching to Allstate has been one of the best decisions I have made in terms of insurance. Lionel was so informative from the very start. He is very responsive and professional and follows through a with any questions and request. I would highly recommend Lionel and his office at any time. Matter fact, I have mentioned it to a few people. I asked about Life Insurance and he was very quick to send me information. Extremely satisfied

I have been with Allstate insurance company for about 5 or 6 months. Lionel Sandoval and Hector are great. I had my Auto with Esurance and my renter's with Travelers insurance. So I wanted them together. Customer service was simple. The renter's insurance was canceled no problem. When I canceled Esurance to go with Allstate I was charged a $50.00 cancellation fee? It Esurance and Allstate company? Whatever outside of that service was great. I spoke with Karen, she was able to match the coverage at Esurance. Now I have Auto and returners insurance policy with the same company. I would highly recommend them for your insurance needs. Karen was also just great!! Derrick D.

I was an Allstate Insurance customer for more than 10 years and very happy with the company until Lionel Sandoval became my agent. He doesn’t return phone calls and his team gives the worst customer service ever. I canceled my auto insurance policy, and I will never recommend Lionel, his team or Allstate Insurance to anyone.
