Agent here is the best, Maria, always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm getting the best rates. She is very professional and takes her time to explain all the details. Even when she is being overworked she remains with a positive attitude.
They were quick to take my money but when I needed to cancel ( within 24 hours ) ...A LOT OF PROBLEMS !!! I had to pay a total of $100 in order to WAIT for my refund to arrive in the mail. Told my electronic signed cancellation form would be emailed to me...I"M STILL WAITING ! Definitely contacting my lawyer !
