Horrible experience with them. Had to keep calling to get any type of update on my policy. Dwayne kept saying he will call back and never did. Don’t think he ever put my policy in with Mercury because the longest they said it will take is 3 weeks and I have been waiting for an update for two months. Very unprofessional. Lack of communication and organization with this company. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Definitely think all positive comments have to be from people they know..
