Karen McKee is an outstanding Mayo Insurance agent. She has always been as helpful as anyone could be. She takes the time to listen to us and works hard to get us the best policies possible as the best rate. She is the reason why we stay with Mayo Insurance. I hope her company realize what an asset she is to them. We know that when we have a question we can call and she will always return our call and never makes us feel bad for calling.

I dealt with Rihanna Fanning, and she was very responsive and on top of her game. I made a mistake with the loan# on the policy and called her to explain and apologize for the mix up and extra work and she was so understanding and sweet.
