Sarah Rousselot was such a pleasure to speak with. I needed to add an insurance policy very quickly for a newly purchased vehicle, while also having the comfort of knowing that the old car I’m getting rid of won’t be charged insurance again before I can donate it and drive it to the donation center while still insured. Sarah was able to postpone my date of being charged to allow me to do all this, in less than 5 minutes, as I was short on time and had to get ready for work!

They are always kind, always help with whatever you need and if they can’t they will figure out a way to make it happen. I have been using Matt Mehen State Farm for going on 4 years. Even with a local branch in my hometown. Sarah Rousselot Has helped me with a number of things such as getting documents I needed for my home owners insurance. She has made it easy to handle my claim without having to use the automated system. All together Matt Mehan Statefarm is by far the best!

After contacting State Farm for policy rates,I could not believe the difference. The rates were so much better than my current company in Georgia that we switched our auto and home insurance. I switched to Matt Mehan State Farm Insurance from a recommendation from my daughter. She had recently switched to this agency for homeowner's and auto insurance. My former insurance agency had discontinued providing service in my state for homeowners and rental home policies. So I spoke with a great agent, Zach Canada, who submitted 3 policies for approval. This was a problem with one of the properties for coverage, but Zach got busy finding a way to get coverage and he was successful! He has been a great agent, very helpful, and worked to provide a way so my total coverage will be with his agency.
