Timiko Gaddy is always very professional and responsive. On multiple occasions she has taken the time to explain my insurance coverage options depending on the project I'm working on. Others in the office that I have interacted with are professional and courteous. I highly recommend this agency.

By-far the worst insurance company to called.I just needed a simple auto insurance quote and TINA took all my info and was very rude taking it as well, then just hung up the phone because she got upset with me over some questions.She took my Social security number now I'm afraid of what she can do with my info because she was so upset with talking to me. DO NOT COME OR CALL THIS OFFICE VERY RUDE PEOPLE .
