No tip on a large order again? You’ve already done this twice. The first time, you even sent the order to the wrong address, and I still helped you. It wasted my time because I had to go back to the original location to complete the order.
I have tried to contact this office 3 times over the past 4 working days with no response. They are my life insurance agent and they are useless. I understand that there is difficulty due to COVID-19, but everybody else is still working from home.
Excellent customer service, best price for my 3 cars, every other agent I got quotes from were way more expensive for the same coverage.
