Mark Smith - State Farm Insurance Agent

Disgusting service since I started with StateFarm. I don’t even know why I stayed more so specifically with this specific agent office. All the people employed here seem miserable over the phone and make it so hard to do anything since I started my policy. I called today to cancel my policy because I’m so over Statefarm and I was given such a hard time. They were asking for my current insurance ID card in order to cancel which absolutely is NOT necessary in NYS to cancel my policy. What a waste of time and money staying with Statefarm. Stay away, especially from this office.

Whenever going to this office, half the staff is cold and look like you're wasting their time. The girl at the desk when I went last was very pleasant and nice, but the gentleman helping me was less than personable. I was also told one of my discounts would expire in August by said gentleman, only to find out it'll be expiring in July when I received a phone call two weeks later. Not that big of a time difference, but that could make or break some people. I really like having State Farm as my insurance, but I'm not always a fan of going to this agent's office unfortunately.

I have been a long time customer of Mr. Smith's. Mr. Smith and his team are professional and very knowledgeable, about the different services that they provide. If I ever have an issue, they are always a phone call away ready to assist. Thank you for continuing to provide excellent customer service.
