Wow, wow, wow! I will never go to a DMV building again! I actually want to go buy another car, just so I can experience the ease of working with the people at this location again. The way they helped each other out and just the over atmosphere was great. Can't tell you how much you brightened my day! Paul.

So, you know how you dread going to the DMV because they usually just try to find a way to ruin your morning? I decided to renew my drivers license by coming into AAA over here in Farmingdale, I had a 915 appointment and here. I am walking out at 9:30 with my renewed drivers license. I dealt with Russell, I asked him AAA question afterwards and added my wife as a member while I was getting my drivers license renewed! Everybody in there was super friendly, the location is clean and best of all they knew what they were doing and were able to take care of my renewal quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. I wanted to book my trip through AAA so I walked in, in person and they told me that the Girl is not back till Thursday. They told me they do not take appointments or reservations to just come in. I get there at 9 AM and then they proceed to tell me that she’s not available till 10 AM because they have other reservations. The gentleman proceeds to argue with me and tell me that’s not what he told me. I think I know exactly what he told me and I wouldn’t waste my morning. Anyway, complete waste of the premier membership, which I will be canceling. I have a bunch of new cars anyway that come with roadside assistance
