Ken Marcus: Allstate Insurance

I had an amazing experience with Ken and the entire staff at The Marcus Family Agency for Allstate. After being with another Agency for years and seeing only increases with my monthly payments Ken was able to take the time to go through my entire policy with me and show me all the ways I was able to save. He gave several options and I never felt pressured into doing anything I was not comfortable with. I am now saving over $100 a month on my payments and will absolutely be going back Ken to review my policy when it is time to renew. Ken makes himself available at all times and is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of insurance. I highly recommend the agency.

Ken got me an insurance policy a few years back and I can't believe I never left a review. It has been nothing but transparency and honesty since we've started. I've had several insurance companies in the past, but never felt so comfortable as I do with him. I'm in contract to buy a home and I plan on using Allstate for that as well. Everytime I call he makes it a point to talk to me regardless of who answered the phone. In my opinion, this man knows exactly how a business should be run, and does not produce anything less. If you're looking for an agent thus is your guy, I promise you won't be disappointed.
