Luis was incredibly unprofessional and rude throughout the early stages of the process, leaving us with no choice but to walk away. He became defensive and aggressive when questions were posed, and his instructions were unclear, seeming to serve only his own interests. I strongly advise against hiring him.

If I could give zero stars I WOULD, their bad service starts from the receptionist to the accountant. He is dismissive and inattentive and made so many mistakes when doing my mother in law taxes that later on blamed on her? when he is the professional being paid? We had to go and take our business to another accountant and pay over a thousand dollars fixing the mistakes he made! No confíen en este señor, hace errores que después culpa en ti, cuando el es el profesional!! Hace muchos errores y tiene una actitud horrible.

Carlos was randomly rude and insulting for no reason. He got incredibly snippy after a simple misunderstanding (where I came in to make an appointment for another day because the receptionist couldn’t hear me on the phone). It was a total flip of behavior, a revelation of who he really is, and completely unprofessional. It seems he was having a bad day and decided to take it out on his clients. Save yourself the trouble and find a calm, sensible tax accountant that maybe doesn’t have multiple baby mamas.

The person at front desk is very friendly and corteous at all time. The accountant is very helpful. If you come with a thousand questions he makes sure he helps you with most of them. I would definitely recommend them for any matter you need help with they are there to help you.
