I have been buying home & auto insurance with this office since 2000. Their price is reasonable. Their services are excellent. They always answer my questions patiently and professionally. I have 3 auto policies and 2 Home policies with them.

Stephen was the most professional and helpful Insurance customer service rep. I have an ever encountered your company is lucky to have him. He does amazing work and has a bright future ahead of him.

A special shout out to Amber, who is always extremely pleasant, helpful, and efficient, whenever I have a policy or billing question. She has gone over and above every time I've needed her help.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They took my information over the phone for a quote. Only to wait five hours to get a phone call, and when I finally call them, their Secretary told that wasn't qualify to get insurance from them with no explanations. Im very disappointed

Wife and I had been with geico for over 20 years. Steven took the time to go over our policy beat their rate and get us better coverage. He wasn’t pushy, and always helpful. I highly recommend them!
