I had a great experience today switching my auto insurance to Geico. My new agent Ashley was amazing, everything went smooth I was in and out in 20 min. and my new rate for better coverage is almost half or what progressive has been charging me for years.

I walked in without an appointment to the Geico location. The front desk lady was nice and told me to have a seat, and that someone would help me. However, when I sat down, the seats were dirty and stained, and the facility had a bad odor. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and gave the information I need. They just need to clean the stains off the seats and get some air fresheners.

This was an amazing experience! My agent, Arlenis made the whole process smooth fast. Could not ask for a better experience.

Rigo was excellent. She helped me set up my Geico mobile app! Great service 😁
