We purchased Farmers insurance online after our previous provider hiked their prices. The result was a nightmare. The payments never went through, the new price was ridiculous. I tried calling, & fixing it online, & neither worked. Six months of freaking out & wondering if we were actually insured. I took my sorry story to Frank & he fixed everything. He halved our monthly payment , sent text to remind me to submit documents and now I have insurance and I know what is happening. I'm so very grateful.
