It would have been nice to have a dedicated rep but it seems the turn over rate is high there, any time I needed to adjust my policy the previous agent had quit. What motivated the less favorable review is the fact that I requested agent transfer. They only sent over one policy, separated my cars and home policy which resulted in my payments going up, after paying my new agent I discovered via text my policy lapsed. Apparently the billing on the vehicle they sent over to the new agent was still with them. So I had to pay twice as well as an increased premium. Ryan got me the best AUTO ONLY insurance policy available amongst the multitude of companies and their underwriters vying for your money. Saving me close to $100 yearly compared to the GEICO policy I promptly canceled. While keeping me informed of additional options, Ryan did not pressure or try to "scare" me in to purchasing unwanted add-on items: renters, life insurance, and the like. A sales tactic I loathe. Not only was State Farm's vehicle insurance less expensive, the collision and liability coverage for uninsured or under insured motorists increased around 25%. When I inquired about roadside assistance, he stated that it was included in my plan without an extra charge! I'm very pleased with the service I received, and expediency of switching to a better offer with State Farm.
