This is the only insurance company I know of with a 9 day grace peroid....Canceled my policy
Stay away from this Loya!! The two women especially Tyshima Joiner customer service and interpersonal communication skills are horrible and they arent efficient in their jobs at all! Several hours of training and things would probably go smoother at this location. However please be warned and either go to another location or another company altogether.
We all learn together and if mistakes are made. The agents actually do their best to help the situation. They helped me with lowering my payment
Prices have increased so much. I have no tickets in the past 20 yrs and I still pay a car note for insurance.
Alexis is very unprofessional. Don’t go to this establishment.
