Rob Bentley - State Farm Insurance Agent

After staying with HIM for 29 Years. With politeness, he was So Poisonous. In 29 years I NEVER had an insurance LAPS now he gave me 2 laps with in 3 months. After paying him so much money and today when I told him to cancel the insurance for my 3 vehicles…he laughs & told me that I am not in his system????????? I have a proof that I have paid and I have his emails. Why he would lie about it. When I have some credits checks about my vehicles????? Everyone, please be careful. I got the WORSE experience after 29 years later. It’s time to move on for me. Please don’t be fool on his SWEET talks. He raises so much prices every year…& anything wrong happens, he will Blame it on “STATE FARM” SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

They always answer my questions, calculate the effect of changes I want to make and counsel me if the change isn't a wise move. Through hail storms, water leaks, and several auto claims, Rob and Verna have been invaluable. They have always "been there" for us. Mr Rob Bentley . Is easy to talk to . My parents was with state farm for 63 yrs until their death I have been with state farm 35 yrs or more . Great insurance company. Feels like home .

Needed information on a policy purchased when my son was younger. The information given by Mr. Bentley helped a lot and gave me information to use moving forward. He has a gift of breaking information down on a level that one can understand. I am very customer service oriented and Mr. Bentley receives a 10 from me. And that is saying a lot.

Mr. Bentley is a true professional, and genuinely cares and values the customer. He’s great to talk with, and carefully explains coverage so you know what you have and why. His team is also professional and knowledgeable ... I’m 100% happy here... highly recommend !!! HONEST!!!
