Peaches Hattney: Allstate Insurance

Honestly the 2 starts is for the Customer service at the place, they are really good and try to get back to the clients, but Allstate as a company is a Rip off!! My insurance went up 3 times already this year alone and they’re claiming it is because a NATIONAL RATE INCREASE, what do other people driving habits has to do with me, I am paying on time, sometimes even early and it continues to go up, I am a veteran and they don’t even give veteran discounts, I only have 2 vehicles with them, but they continue to go up and up without an explanation. When I spoke to this local office they said “Sorry about the increases there’s nothing we can do because the company is not being regulated by the government at the moment so they’re able to increase at will “ My property insurance when up almost $

They spent the time to answer my questions and customize a plan that met my needs for my motorcycle, and with a very friendly demeanor. I super enjoyed speaking with the agent, the whole experience felt like a nice chat, and at the end i was saving about 30% versus what Progressive had been charging me. Bonus points for being so close to home. 5 stars well-deserved.

I can't say it was a pleasant experience, not when every 6 months when my policy renewed I had a rate increase, the last increase was 32 dollars, I had no new traffic citations, everything had fallen off so I had nothing on my traffic record, yet every 6 months I had an increase.

The best agents in the city!! Very prompt in assisting with my insurance needs as they are frequently changing. They always make sure if there are ways to save you money with discounts!! I highly recommend the staff at Allstate Peaches Hattney and Claudelle Mitchell in the Stockbridge area.
