Paid full coverage for virtually no coverage. All necessities requested for coverage were mentioned to reps and still there was poor implementation of correct coverage. Only discovered when situations arose too late or after the fact. Once long time customer and soon will no longer be a customer. I have had too many issues and inconsistent quality of service with this company. Communication between different reps is poor.
They did a great job setting up my agency with medical insurance
