Leahy writes for Norfolk & Dedham, who is very overpriced and hard to work with. Keep looking and don't settle for a captive agent (one who only writes for one carrier) if you want the best rates.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Back in March, we got a quote for a vehicle my fiancé was interested in buying. The quote was about $300 less than what our actual premium was once the vehicle was added to the policy. Later in March, I also purchased a new vehicle and both myself and the vehicle were added to the policy. We received 14 (literally, 14) different Declarations Pages reflecting different premium amounts. No one could tell us what our premium monthly payments would be until we received the bill in the mail. We were treated like children when we would call and discuss the premium, we were talked down to and belittled for wanting to know what our bills would be. Worst customer service!!! All they want is your money!! All they do is argue with you and want you to do all the work. Get insurance somewhere else. Had issues with our car insurance and house insurance. Also they never answer there phone.
