Do not go to these people they will screw you every chance they get after more than a year of me being a loyal customer to them making my monthly payments on time every month faithfully I decided to add a second vehicle to my policy with my son as the driver on that vehicle I asked for regular coverage on that second vehicle not full coverage due to my son being a fairly new driver they gave me a quote and began the process but never fully added that second vehicle to my policy meaning my son drove the car around without insurance until I noticed and decided to go in and let them know about it so when they realized their mistake they finally decided to add the vehicle on my policy but added the vehicle with full coverage which I never wanted and also decided to start charging me insurance

Trash. After lunch break doors were still locked and lady in there looking dumb. My pops and I looking in. I call while I’m outside and ask are they open and why are the doors locked and she didn’t say anything but yes. Ok. But why you sitting up In there with doors locked? You scared? I don’t get it. I was just trying to get a quote. I gave information and she said I’ll get back to you in a few and never called back. Very unprofessional. Economy insurance was way better. My pops been a customer over 40 years or more. I would not recommend!

My experience at CHI Insurance in the Springfield office was very pleasant. The staff was very professional and they acknowledge you right when you walk into the office. Leaving out of that office with a low insurance rate for the year was amazing and seeing an office of only females they deserve the respect from anyone who walks into the doors and should be patient. And should meet the manager Abby, she was very helpful and explained everything step by step.

If you would like to pay 200% the rate of other agencies with 300% minimum down payment. Head on down to economy insurance, or across the st to they're competitors which charge exactly the same... well minus 5 dollars to keep that super competitive edge. Waaayyy over priced. Basic coverage should never cost 1,200 a month for a 13 year old beater. With a flawless record.
