AAA Springfield

We had a wonderful experience utilizing the driving school through AAA. Cherie in the office was amazingly helpful, efficient and overall fantastic to work with. My son loved the 3 driving instructors he worked with for his on-roads and observations. The process of scheduling a road test with the RMV with AAA as a sponsor was seamless & incredibly quick. The only reason I didn't give 5* was because accessing info on the website initially was a little clunky and the fact that the on-roads & observations were all in 2-hour increments was not clear from the beginning. We would definitely recommend going through AAA for driver's ed!

Knowledgeable, efficient and professional staff. Over the years, the ladies at the Parker St site have made my AAA experiences enjoyable ones. I've been a satisfied AAA customer since 1981.

The office staff was very professional. Chevis helped my husband and I as we had to change our car insurance. She was quite thorough and answered every question before we even asked. It was a great experience! I definitely recommend this AAA office and especially Chevis!

I went to this location to upgrade to my REAL ID, I had no prior experience with AAA as my membership had been gifted to me by a relative and I hadn’t needed to use it. I was very content with the service I got. I was welcomed when I walked in and waited maybe 5-10 minutes for my appointment. I was out of there in about 10 minutes and everything went smooth. Very polite and friendly workers there. Be mindful that they do not accept walk in appointments and you have to book online!!!
