Lawrence McFadden: Allstate Insurance

I called the office looking for the agent I previously worked with when I was with Allstate years ago, unfortunately she does not work there anymore. however, I had the pleasure of talking to Mr. Lawrence. Mr. Lawrence was very professional answered all my questions and actually gave me more insight into the world of Insurance, He is very knowledgeable, and I would recommend anyone looking for Insurance to give him a call. Insurance is what it is and will always be high in cost. Mr. Lawrence worked what he could to get me a better price than my current Insurance company. He was a blessing to me today.

Very professional and helpful. I needed to change my coverage and the representative was very helpful in explaining my options. She even found a way to save me a few dollars by switching coverage. I have dealt with other companies and this by far was one of my best experiences. Thank you!

Please do not believe these fake reviews. This office is terrible especially the representative called Michelle. I had to cancel my policy with them because of Michelle's terrible customer service and increasing rates. When I called she would pick up and send you straight to voicemail. No one ever calls back. I had to file a complaint with bbb because of the stone wall. It's really bad. Responding to the response: how can I respond in a negative language when you always send me to voicemail. Customer service informed me to call my agent which is why i called this office. The CR that sends customers directly to voicemail. You don't even have any idea what I was calling about.
