01/16/2025- Kudos to Ms. Stephanie D. - awesome! I dropped in (walk-ins) without an appointment around 4:15 pm and she politely, and professionally took care of of my car 🚗 insurance needs. She gave me options, showed me various plans(payments) and assisted me on the best way to resolve my concerns! I was in and out in all about 45 minutes, signed and completed! I am a happy driver now! Thank you Ms. Duncan! Thank you Gebco for your wonderful amnesty program!!!😀👍✅✌🏼👏

So unprofessional. My second time going there for finger print. As you enter the office, the staffs don't even look at you, no greetings, no body ask how they can help you!. I found myself a sit and waited for over 30 minutes before the gentleman asked me if I was there for a field print. That's not how to treat a customer no matter how busy you seems to be. The two female staff really lacks customer service. Not a good experience at all.

The guy that works at this place is extremely rude and unprofessional. I went in to get fingerprinting done and he was trying to find any way possible not to service me. He could not provide me with the information that was required and was dismissive. I will never come back to this location! Go somewhere else!
