When I called I spoke with Jahnaya she was so nice and helpful. I called into switch my insurance from PA - MD and she gave me a quote and explained the difference in coverage between states. She emailed me a quote and even followed up with me in a month . Finally I made the decision to switch and my first call was back to this offices. Jahnaya made everything so convenient the process was so quick. She has such a Pleasant and friendly personality over the phone great customer services. I was having a problem understanding my policy situation., Jahnaya was explaining to the best of her ability... but I still wasn't grasping the changes as to why the hell is this that way etc?! Mike was beyond helpful in getting my policies done. As someone getting my first independent policies for car and home Mike was able to answer any and all questions I had and there were a few hiccups in the process, mainly communication errors on my end. However Mike had them all sorted and figured out within days sometimes even hours.
