What to expect: Buddy really took the time to go over our day-to-day activities and custom fit the insurance to our needs vs others who sent us a cookie cutter coverage which had serious gaps and would have left us open to serious liabilities. Clark insurance has been great. I have been with Buddy Clark for a very long time for all of my insurance needs. The thing he gets that most companies have forgotten and for some reason seems to be a lost art is "customer service" Anyone that says all insurance companies are essentially the same have obviously not had Mr. Clark. Went from Geico, to Travelers, but then a friends suggested calling Buddy Clark. We did, and in less than 10 minutes, Buddy emailed auto and home policy quotes to us. Erie's policies for even more coverage were almost $800 annually than previous quotes from companies. Buddy Clark handled giving our policy info to the Mortgage/Title people on the recent purchase of a new home. He was great! Very responsive, quick, professional with a local hometown vibe.

I like the one-year policy instead of the majority of other companies that do six-months. I also love the yearly amount staying the same unless a change is made.
