I have had the pleasure of having April Romanowski handle my Medicare Insurance for years. That's not easy and either am I. April's knowledge and patience is outstanding. Her compassion and ability to make you feel like you are the only client she has is remarkable. I get very anxious about these matters especially this year as I found out accidently about all the changes and April, true to form stepped up to the plate with her professionalism and kindness. I met with Nancy Nimmo for Medicare plan comparisons and she found a plan with lower costs and better benefits. She also called a doctors office to confirm they were in network for my new carrier. While I’m certain that the entire team at Lawley is great, I consulted with April Romanowski and she was excellent. She took just enough time to talk me through options while not rushing me nor getting caught up in industry lingo. Am I the only one who has left numerous vm messages and emails trying to follow up on a meeting months ago and to have not even the decency for a return phone call, email, or text. If this is their standard, they should get out of the business because they aren’t helping anyone. It’s sad, and inexcusable.
