The customer service provided by Laurie and Mark is terrible. They do not care about their clients. They do not get back to you in a timely manner when you ask questions about your policy and when they do its days later. I do NOT recommend doing business with them....very unprofessional!
Requested a quote and was advised I would receive an email indicating what I needed to provide in documentation. No email was ever received two days later. I have already found a quote with another broker.
