ZERO STARS, scammer! Do NOT get insurance through this establishment, owes people money for not paying their insurance directly. A friend got pulled over car and plates were taken because she “doesn’t have insurance “ but pays every month. Won’t return calls about lapses in insurance, all around scam artist!

Horrible! Horrible customer service. Horrible manners. Not reliable and caused me to have a lapse in insurance!!!! I called for a week straight trying to get renewed and kept telling me he would call me back with a quote. Jay never contacted me back and went the weekend without reaching out or making sure I was situated. My coverage ended Sunday. No one was in office all weekend mind you I been reached out every day Monday-Friday before Sunday! Needed to take my child to school Monday morning buisness was suppose to open at 8am no one answered until 9am and when he answered he hung up on me. RUDE ! Unreliable! Unprofessional! Not a satisfied customer. Allowed me to use an address I was not staying at to try to keep my insurance cheap. I told him NO. Giving me insurance that made my paymen
