I am extremely upset with the agency currently and feel like I was ripped off. Last year I got in an accident with my Nissan rogue the car ended up being totaled. This also happened on the day my daughter was born, while I was driving home to get things for mom. we added a new vehicle to policy and I said several times to keep my policy the same. They ended up raising the deductible to 1000 dollars and removed my accident forgiveness that I had previously. I recently got in an accident that, I have had hardly any communication regarding the status or anything of the matter. Only one phone call.. I am extremely upset about my deductible being changed and having to pay 1000 dollars to the shop. I have 3 small children and this hit us hard. When I called about it they said there was nothing t

High rates and claims processing is terrible. Best way to learn of how good an auto insurance company is (when you need them) is to ask shops that work with them and other providers. They simply don't compare and are difficult to deal with all around. Rates may seem good but the creep up over time. I was a good paying customer for over 13 years and now will never use Allstate ever again. Two not at fault claims that both went terrible. Worst part was my car was not fixed correctly by their own selected shop. Got tired of bringing it back to them to fix. My loss all around.
