Dick Lombardi and team are the best! I have been with this agent for over 20 years now and have always had a great experience. Everyone is always so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, honest and very thorough. Today I spoke with Allana and she was extremely helpful with reviewing my policies with me! They make it super easy to file a claim and they always follow up with you to make sure everything is going smoothly. Excellent customer service all around... 10 out of 10!

I have the major insurances through SF, and I've been with Dick's office for the greater part of the past two decades. Though I do feel the rates are a bit high, and I try to minimize my claims, Dick and his office staff, especially Razzle Dazzle Allana, make sure that they're representing my interests in the grand scheme of things, and that's where I find the premium is worth every cent.

My 2020 Acura Rdx was damaged in an accident and I immediately called State Farm. They took my information and started the claims process. Within a day I had sent in pix of my car and had an estimate. I used a body shop of my choice. Throughout the process I continually received updates so I was not left wondering what was happening. When the body shop determined that my tire rim was cracked and needed to be replaced instead of repaired State Farm reassessed the damage and paid for the replacement. Seamless process.
