Fortified Insurance Agency

I called Fortified Insurance Agency and I was in a place where I was completely overwhelmed and confused. Cheryl helped me through the entire process and I truthfully felt like she was treating me like family and had my best interest at heart. It was way easier than I ever anticipated and I could not be happier. I also never thought I would be able to wrap my head around everything and I actually left the conversation feeling very well educated. I would give 10 stars if I could, THANK YOU CHERYL!!!

All my experience has been with New England Risk, which is now part of Fortified. All the great personnel from new england risk are there. They are the best, and I can only assume that will continue at Fortified.

Lynn Vadnais always has been excellent . Professional, friendly and informative. Pedro Gutierrez, Travelers agent who handled my auto, not so much. Not very informative and slow to respond.

Friendly, Quick, fully transparent pricing laying out all possible options and scenarios. Been doing business with these wonderful people for going on 9 years. Friends and family can't believe when I tell them what a great deal they get me on my insurance even after being with them for so long. We have a homeowners policy and 4 vehicles insured through fortified. Don't hesitate they go the extra mile!

I have stayed with Fordified for quite a while.My experience with this agency has been helpful and a fair never have thought of shopping for another agency. The girls in the office are always right there for you and most helpful !
