Thank God I have Cody taking care of me! He knows his customers! He called me today because he noticed I was behind in payments which wasn't like me. I had to get a new debit card which stopped my auto payments. I hadn’t been able to update my payment. He knew I was a normal regular payment so thought something might be wrong and gave me a courtesy call. I was SO happy he called me and I didn’t have to log into the system and get all bogged down or call and be on hold. This is service that I haven’t seen in decades! This has cemented that I will never ever go anywhere else even if it’s cheaper. Unless Cody leaves. Thanks State Farm! It’s good to work with good people and the people make it not the company. Well done!
