Kristy Steiner: Allstate Insurance

I contacted Kristy's office to get quotes after having a feeling I was paying too much with Erie. I do have 2 young drivers. She uncovered how underinsured I was and able to get me better coverage for way less.

A local agency that I was able to stop in and review my policy! Always friendly and helpful. They really know about insurance.

I canceled a policy in December and she did not complete the paperwork. When I called, she was busy with her grandchildren in the office. The paperwork was not filed properly on her end. I filed it again in February with her when I received another bill in the mail. Now it is April and the bill for $41.26 is in collections. I have spent over an hour on the phone. She needs to either run an office or babysit her grandchildren, NOT BOTH. Beware her office.

Worst ever insurance agency. The broker kristy Steiner is very rude unprofessional. I called about a simple question on a mixed-use policy I've had since 2016. Was told she's out with her grandkids. When she did eventually call me back hours later she informed me that she no longer represents said insurance company. Even though she absolutely does. If you would like bloated insurance policy and rude customer service buy here.

The people at this agency are all very helpful. They explained all my insurance coverage and made sure I am properly covered. Kristy Steiner personally made sure that I was completely satisfied with all my policies. While I did save money it was way more important to me to know if something happened I had the protection I need! Thanks to their professional review.
