We recently started moving our customers to the QBW warranty platform, and the experience has been excellent. The team has been incredibly supportive and responsive throughout the process. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing a home from this construction company. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. During the final walkthrough, they promised to fix multiple defects, but once the keys were delivered, they refused to take responsibility. The warranty company was just as unhelpful and failed to resolve any of the issues. The quality of construction is extremely poor. Defects are visible throughout the home—walls, doors, floors, stairs, and finishes. The master bathroom tiles began cracking within months, and after only six months the house already shows separations between the walls and stairs, making it feel unsafe and unstable. Since we switched to Quality Builders Warranty we have not looked back! James Kennedy's help was instrumental in making our QBW transition smooth from beginning to end. His excellent follow-through streamlined the entire process, simplifying this change for our office. Hannah White, our relationship manager, has been extremely responsive, getting back to me almost immediately every time I have reached out. The QBW platform is user friendly and with the help Hannah has provided it did not take long for me to feel confident using it. We have been using QBW since February and we love them. Luke was fantastic, answered all of our questions, and got us enrolled. She is always on top of each claim that comes in and helps us have smooth warranty appointments every time. I would definitely recommend QBW for home warranty! They take the stress off of our business by coordinating everything for us!
