Tim Peiffer - State Farm Insurance Agent

I love Tim and all the staff at my State Farm Insurance Agency. I have been a customer for nearly 15 years, and I would not change anything. The entire staff is pleasant and professional. I have had to make several claims and each time I can count on the staff to be helpful and sympathetic. Sometimes the reason for the claim has been stressful and Tim's team has always been there with a kind word and professional advice. I highly recommend Tim Peiffer's State Farm office.

November 2025 was a month of unfortunate events. Three family members had emergency visits or stays a the hospital. As stressful as that was, then my ball joint snapped. Called Tim Peiffers office and I was asked if I was safe and they sent a tow truck out. The driver was so nice. This was the easiest, nicest, service call I ever experienced. Great office, full of great people! Thank you!

I was looking to save some money on car insurance and remembered there was a State Farm office right down the road. I filled out the info on line for a quote and requested Tim Peiffer Insurance as my agent. I was contacted by Priscilla, who is just awesome. I scheduled an appointment with her and she got me all squared away. An awesome experience! Go see these folks, they'll do you right!

Priscilla made cancelling my renter's policy require zero effort on my end. Tim called me right when he took over as my agent on a policy I was already enrolled in, and I told him we probably do have some things to discuss but I don't have the time and I would call him when I did. I think he called one more time like 3 months later and was pretty courteous about me once again giving him the "I'll call you" treatment and the fact that he hasn't bothered me since is part of why my future policies will likely go to State Farm (somewhat) regardless of pricing. Honestly Tim and Priscilla are just examples of the consistent white glove service I've experienced while with State Farm. You guys need to poach J. Jonah Jameson as your spokesman though. THAT would get me pay a higher premium.

Needed to change car insurance to delete old and add new vehicle. Amy was very helpful and the update was done quickly. She also made a note to call in the new year to review all my insurance. I’ve been a customer of Tim Peiffer Insurance since 2011 and have always received excellent service.
