I just want to take a second to say I've been with State farm for a long time and I've always had the most helpful and warm conversations with the agents at Kristin Wykoski's firm on 20th St in Battle Creek. They are always willing to help in any way they can even when I have a lot of question! The coverage is great the rates are low and they're always giving me options for a better bundle for my buck and I never feel like I'm being robbed. I have multiple car life and rental insurance and my rates are still under $300 a month. You just don't get any better than that. So I want to say thanks to all the wonderful agents at my State farm insurance company for making me feel like a valued customer and just know I recommend you to all my friends and family!

I switched from Farm Bureau and was very unhappy with the insurance I had before. The lady's in this office are incredibly polite and articulate, they go above and beyond to ensure you get the best possible prices/coverage, and they are sooo thorough with making sure you understand the coverage you're buying. I had billing questions recently, I sent one text to the office and within an hour Kristin personally called me to talk things over and gave me peace of mind about the questions I had. I have nothing but praise for this office!
