Professional, caring and understanding. I have been with state farm insurance for the better part of 20 years. Life happens but these amazing people have always had my back. Saying they're like a good neighbor is an understatement! They're like a family member that cares and understands life isn't always rainbows. And when it storms, they show up with an umbrella. I had to make claims and they've walked me through every step. When it comes to insurance, Chase, Krystal and the rest of the team can't be beat!!! They've got me as a customer for life!

My mother told me to reach out to her agent (Chase) for a better deal on full coverage. I reached out and work with a gentleman named Seth. I handled everything for me very quickly and the deal was literally so good that I immediately dropped my previous agent from progressive and joined State Farm insurance. Chase and the individuals that work alongside him (Seth in my experience) are very kind, professional, quick and responsive. They are willing to do whatever it takes to get you a great deal and save you money. Seth saved me over $200 a month!
