Tamara was very helpful with getting me set up with insurance for the first time. We were both having internet issues and she remained professional and patient throughout the whole experience. She answered all of my questions kindly, without making me feel silly for not knowing what a deductible was. Great customer service skills. If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would!

I am changing my car insurance from Farmers Insurance to Progressive Insurance. In have nothing to do with Nathan being a bad representative for Farmers insurance, Nathan has been a great service to me, very polite, considered and has been there for me from the day I started. I think Nathan is a very important asset to the company, sorry that I have to leave but I was looking for the best deal in saving money and my budget life is a challenge making ends meet.
