I had a very disappointing experience with this insurance company after being a loyal customer for decades. I was told Mr. Kilgoure would personally follow up with me regarding my concerns, but that call never came. Even more concerning, my assigned agent failed to properly review my policy and was unfamiliar with basic details about my home—including the type of house I live in. Because of this lack of diligence, important endorsements that should have been included were completely missed. Insurance is something you rely on for protection and peace of mind, and unfortunately, I did not receive either here. Communication was poor, and the level of service fell far below expectations. I would strongly recommend others ask detailed questions and carefully review their policies if consideri
