I found this agency by luck. After leaving many un returned messages with other insurance companies, I called Missouri Farm Bureau and Maddi L. answered the phone. She was friendly and confident. She immediately took care of me. Her follow-through was excellent and to me, that's huge. That's how you earn my respect. Great customer service!

My experience with this home insurance company was unsatisfactory. They initially approved my policy and the home insurance quote was paid; however, approximately two weeks later, they unexpectedly canceled the policy. This situation could have been avoided with a more thorough review process upfront. Any concerns or requirements should have been addressed at the outset to prevent issues later on. Due to their oversight, I experienced a significant escrow shortage, resulting in a substantial increase in my mortgage payments. Overall, the lack of communication and clarity was disappointing, and I am not inclined to work with them again in the future.

Kevin was able to work around out tight schedule to get our insurance instated before our old policy was due. And he helped us save money while keeping our coverage the same or better. We will definitely be sharing this with others!!!

Kevin has been the BEST insurance agent that I have ever worked with! He talked with me to determine my needs so that I didn’t end up paying for something that I didn’t need and he drew up a perfect policy for me. His customer service is also excellent! I had an issue where I needed some insurance documents and I wasn’t really sure what they were or why they were being requested so I called Kevin. He answered immediately ! I didn’t have to leave a message and wait several days for a return call, he was immediately available and willing to help. I explained what I needed, he explained to me why I needed it and he took care of it within 20 minutes. And remained kind and pleasant the entire time. I am so happy that Kevin is “My Guy” and I hope that I’ll never need another agent again!
