Lolol..so I wasn't getting anywhere with the 800 and 866 numbers to help me with my problem. To my surprise it was at a residency but, I am self employed so It was cool. The cool part is that he answered the door to me. He spent time answering my questions even though he was not my agent. Kenna Higgins is my rep and she has been MIA for a long time. Douglas was kind, patient, informed and helpful. Wish he was my representative.
