Farmers Insurance - Michael Beiser

Contacted Michael after moving to Arnold was quick to get me signed up. After 6 months he raised my Auto premium $300 both vehicles are 2018 with no accidents or tickets on file. He tried to help lower after learning I was going to cancel and go with another provider. Once I did he told me to email him the cancellation request which I did and he never processed and I had to call Farmers corporate to get it done and receive a refund. I am just glad they were able to back date it to 10 days ago when I originally requested the cancellation.

Mike and his team have handled my insurance needs for over 20 years. He is great with customer service and explanation of policies. He has even made a home visit to me when my home flooded. This is a great family and community-oriented business. If you need an insurance provider, I highly recommend this one!
