Have been a customer for eight years with no claims. Then when my home was hit by a storm they covered less than half of the costs. I would not recommend this company unless you have tens of thousands of dollars to do repairs yourself. Also, changes were made to my policy that I was not made aware of leading to even more out of pocket expenses. The worst part though, was the fact that after I filed my claim I was never contacted by their office. I had to deal with HQ. I am moving on to a company that will do what they say they will do!

Excellent! He is fair, works with you to determine what will meet your families needs, and always available to help out and answer questions. Recently, my daughter had her first car accident. She was extremely upset. He took the time to sit down with her and explain exactly what would happen and alleviate all her fears. This is the reason I will not switch to another agent. Wally has been my agent for at least 10 years and I know I can depend on him.
