This has been the worse experience in my life. I was left stranded after visiting 4 hours away from my house because a drunk driver hit my car parked in the driveway while I was asleep. I have been stranded 2 weeks tomorrow. I've needed to go to the doctor and my elderly father fell and broke 3 ribs and needed me there to help but I couldn't get there. I was told by the adjuster I would not be able to get a rental because he didn't think there was enough to go around. Sad to say just yesterday was offered a rental after they were told this review was going public. It's really a shame that this was the best that they could do or would do. I've been with Farm Bureau for a LONG time, and they've always done right by me. I had an accident back in December, and sadly my vehicle ended up being a total loss, but my adjuster, Cindy Hammond, was awesome. Her communication was excellent, and she got me back the money for my tow bill, as well as a more than fair amount for my truck. If you can, keep full coverage on your vehicles people! It pays off.
